World of Warcraft - item upgrade upgrader kit (navigate to these guys) Upgrading

The upgrade option lets players increase an item level upgrade's gear rating up 700 points, and then give it a bonus. Items can be upgraded by having them in inventory and heading to the kiln.

Certain items are worth upgrading because of their distinctive stats. (For instance an excellently broken point armor that is rolled can be used in melee PvP). Other items like weapons aren't changed much after an upgrade, and aren't worth the cost.

Weapons

Weapons can be upgraded to improve their numeric stats, such as the chance to crit, attack damage, PvE and damage from PvP. Weapons have a flat-rate bonus that increases damage per second. Additionally, many weapons have a set bonus which is activated when three or more of the same weapon are present on a single unit. In some cases this bonus could amount to more than the amount of damage a weapon is able to upgrade on its own.

The cost of upgrading a weapon's capabilities is contingent on the rarity of the weapon and its current level. For instance, a +2 weapon will require two regular Smithing Stones to upgrade while the +3 model requires four. The number of stones needed to upgrade a weapon will continue rise until it requires an upgrade to a higher level of Smithing Stones, at which point it will reset to one.

Upgrades to weapons can also alter the stats of their base. This is generally a positive thing, but it can also have negative effects. In the case of items that only see use in a particular build (Whistant's shield for FB sorcs for instance) upgrading them could render them useless unless you happen to have an extremely fortunate roll.

Armor items can be upgraded to increase their performance. This can boost the defense base of a chest or helm as well as belts and gloves. These can boost their strength and agility. Armor also offers a reroll option for its Enhanced Defense percentage, which means that it could roll back to a lower number.

The upgrade template for a weapon displays the new stats it will gain when upgraded, along with their relative values. This means that a change from an 8 attack-damage sword to an 11-attack-damage sword would result in a weapon gaining 33% attack damage. The 3% difference does not mean that the weapon will hit three times less, since it is an absolute number.

Rerolling a weapon is possible by pressing the green button in the item menu, using the arrows that circle. The item will be rerolled and alter its stats but it will not reset the weapon's levels, or tie it to the account status.

Armor

A few tweaks to your armor can make an enormous difference in your capacity to withstand. Certain sets can provide MASSIVE increases in resistance to curses, poison fire, magic, and other. This can make it easier to navigate difficult terrains. Generally speaking, the more defense your character has, the more value you get from every point of health therefore it is important to upgrade your armor as much as possible.

You can upgrade your armor by visiting one of the Great Fairy Fountains. There are four Great Fairy Fountains within the game and to unlock each fountain, you must complete a side quest that involves the Stable Trotters. After you've completed your main quest and the corresponding fountains, you'll have the option of talking to any Great Fairy in order to unlock the menu for upgrading armor.

Each piece of armor can be upgraded to three levels and the amount of material and Rupees needed for each will vary. In general, you'll be looking at anything from three to ten Red Chuchu Jellies and ten Rupees for the initial upgrade, and anywhere between five Rubies and ten Fire-Breath Lizalfos Horns for each subsequent one. For example, the Champion Leathers can be upgraded to +5 defense, allowing you to keep up with a decent-sized group of enemies in most cold climates and the Snowquill Headdress can be upgraded all the way to +20 defense, providing you enough protection to withstand the full-on assault with a few of your friends.

You can't upgrade armor the same as weapons. If you're playing as a Warrior, you should focus on upgrading your armor for physical power or spell power. It's also worth saving your armor upgrades for armor you'll be wearing at the end of the game, such as the Ring of Lightning and Spectral Shield or the helmet you wear for the final boss fight as well as the Monter Parts merchant's mask.

You can also unlock some benefits to your armor by giving the jeweler in Gerudo Town 10 Twinkling Titanite. Generally speaking, you'll want to save these upgrades for the weapon you'll use to beat the game, like the Longsword, Battleaxe or Warhammer However, it is useful to have a few upgrades of the chest armor and helmets that permit you to sneak past some monsters.

Potions

Potions are liquid substances that, when consumed, provide the user with an effect on their status for a short period of time. There are five different types of potions, each having specific effects and durations. Certain potions can be upgraded, increasing the effectiveness of their effects. You can also enhance the effects of certain potions by including glowstone dust and redstone.

Upgrades to potion cost a certain amount of XP, which can be earned by making them on a table or the Alchemist's chest. The upgrade price varies depending on the type of potion as well as the item upgrade's rarity as well as Mark Level.

To upgrade a potion, right-click on it in your inventory and choose the "Upgrade" option from the menu. This will open a GUI in which you can select the potion you want to upgrade and the amount of XP they'll produce when upgraded. Upgrades to potions can be made in batches of up to five at a time and the XP they provide will be added to your current XP level.

Once a potion is upgraded, it will not be degraded until you use it again, or break the bottle it's stored in. You can also change the name of the potion by clicking on it in your inventory.

There were some changes to potion mechanics in version 1.7.2. Splash potions, for example have now a duration of zero, not the 22.5 seconds shown on the hover display for the item. The table of potion can now be made using four Wood Planks and two Glass. It can now be used in both Survival and Bedrock. Unlike the Java Edition, Bedrock edition potions cannot be combined in cauldrons. This is the same for the use of a potion in an empty cauldron. This will draw out the potion, and refill the bottle.

Lastly, there are now lingering potions, which are brewed with splash and dragon breath potions. In the same way, a lingering potion' effect is extended by adding redstone. The table of potions is rearranged to look more like the Java Edition. New potions have also been added such as the potion of leaping as well as decomposition.

Trinkets

A trinket is an ornamental item that is small, cheap or piece of jewelry. It could be a reference to an object or decoration that serves a function but is not particularly important like a trinket. In certain cultures, trinkets are used to signify affection or friendship, specifically between family members.

Trinkets can be upgraded by players as well as weapons and armor, as well as potions. They can be upgraded by going to an upgrade vendor and paying the appropriate amount in currency. Trinkets, unlike other items which can be upgraded can be swapped at will without losing statistics.

Upgrade vendors can be found at the capitals of every zone, and sometimes in dungeons. Upgrades for trinkets are offered with tokens, gold or fragments of trinkets that are rare.

Upgrades to trinkets are an economical alternative to buying new ones. One can upgrade their trinket for as little as 12 tokens. The new trinket will come with the same base ilvl as older one, and include an additional 1% upgrade bonus.

Trinkets can be upgraded when they're no longer needed and allows players to boost their power and value over time. They can be traded between players and are a viable alternative to gold.

In general players should upgrade items their most important items first. This usually refers to the most valuable-in-slot items for their class, followed by their secondaries, and finally other pieces of gear that they won't replace in the near future (for example, a ring or cloak). When deciding on which items to upgrade players should be aware of the preferred statistics of their class. For instance, if Haste and Crit are the two most important stats for tanks it is recommended that they upgrade their helm, chest shoulders, belt, and chest.

Trinkets can be upgraded to a higher ilvl once they're no longer needed, and the new trinket will receive an additional 1% upgrade bonus. However, a re-upgrade can cause the trinket to be destroyed, unless it is salvaged using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or an additional salvage tool of higher quality. Upgrades to trinkets are more expensive than other upgrades but still cheaper than buying new ones.
