The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home better and offer dynamic obstacle avoidance. The smart app allows you to modify a range of settings, including AI cleaning and virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging base at the end of each job to clean their pads, empty the dust bins and place debris in a self sealing bag. 4. Eufy S1 Pro

As one of the top-quality robot vacuums and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for its price. It features a powerful 8,000 Pa suction, a rotating floor brush for carpets and an excellent obstacle-avoiding. It also boasts a unique mopping system, which uses a roller continuously dosed with water to pick up dirt and deposit it in the dirty water tank.

Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without falling. It struggled with small particles and did not always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise is also high, and it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than some.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a docking systems that allow it to replenish its clean water, empty the dust bin as well as wash and dry the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance simple and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to an established schedule. The base station has an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, allowing seven weeks of maintenance free operation.

6. S10

A few hundred dollars less than the S8 This robot does an excellent job of keeping my home office tidy and is able to tackle the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to create a map of your area which allows it to know where to stay away from. It has an object/obstacle detector that can block things like toys and dog bowls (but not poop) unlike most vacuums.

It also comes with other notable features, like the self-emptying dust bin, a mop pad that's self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water, and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can get to places that other mops don't. You can also set up cleaning schedules in the app and customize the settings for each room of your home.

Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between carpets, laminate and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. And, if you're looking to save time, it can even skip cleaning rooms that aren't dirty. If you have several types of flooring in your home and don't want to invest extra money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities this is an excellent option.

7. Q5 Pro

This robot vacuum with mop is an excellent choice when you're seeking a flexible robot that can handle regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes. It has a wide range of features including a self-emptying dustbin as well as the water refill dock, and customizable settings in the app. It's quite quiet, and it's able to navigate around furniture legs and socks with ease. It's not able to remove knotted rug tassels, and its battery drains slightly more quickly than other models we tested in our tests.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that offers an impressive suction and easy automation in a sleek design. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it performed quite well. It also offers a variety of cleaning modes to meet your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for light debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' option for carpeted rooms. It even has the ability to remove and reconnect the mop pads without causing your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great robot vacuum and mop for people who live in tiny areas. It's quick and quiet and it is able to navigate tight spaces efficiently. It's also extremely effective in removing pet hair from carpets.

It's smaller than its rivals however it doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power, and it's possible to take a photo of each object it picks up (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they won't be taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure and are not connected to your account.

It is capable of vaccuming but isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes you clip onto the bot's bottom, and it essentially drags them around your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
