The perfect product for families on the go. Lightweight and compact, with an easy fold with one hand. The all-terrain wheels and front suspension as well as the multi-position reclining seat, can be used for children up to 50 pounds. Trays for parents and children along with a large storage bin and 3-tier canopy that has a the ability to peek through the window for maximum sun protection.

The Cloud received one of the lowest marks in our tests of quality because it has a thin seat made of hard plastic and a design that is dated. It is also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This makes it a poor option for those seeking a budget option.

It's not the most light stroller but it has enough features to be worth considering. The swiveling wheels make it easy to move it around flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs without much effort. The low handle of the Cloud is a drawback however, as it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's not comfortable to push it with your legs suspended in the air and it's not helping that it lacks padding.

During our tests during our testing, we discovered the Cloud to be easy to set up and open. It's a little more difficult to close, however; you need to slide a slider before you press a large white button to get it to collapse. This can be quite a hassle when you're trying to keep your children entertained while you do it.

The Cloud has a small, but deep storage basket that could be used to fit a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow, and you may need to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud includes a parent tray and a child tray each with two cup holders. Both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Kolcraft is a family-owned business which has been in existence since 1946. They began by manufacturing crib pads and diapers and now they produce a variety of baby products, such as highchairs and infant car seats. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is perfect for trips. It's extremely light at 18lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) It folds flat, making it easy to carry and store. It also features independently reclining seats and large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors that have peekaboo windows and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of different heights. Plus, it has one-step linked parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.

The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also great to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and have a good neck control to ride on the front seat. It does have an attractive, three-panel sun canopy, though and each seat comes with its own snack tray, as well as parent cupholders.

Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is another incredibly lightweight stroller with a side by side. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 pounds. However, it's smaller and slimmer (26.5 inches wide!) and comes with a lot of elegant features that make it perfect for travel. It is easy to fold, is very movable and fits into airplane overhead compartments and trunks easily.

Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold, ultralight double stroller. It's pretty similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, however, it does have a few key differences. It's also a little more expensive, but it also has greater maneuverability and an extra sun canopy. It also comes with a handy carry strap that can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+

If you're seeking a stroller which is light but packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at only 13 pounds but also has a lot of storage space, including cup holders for the parent and child, a child's sippy-cup pouch, a parent's storage pocket, etc. This stroller can also fit the car seat of your child and features a brake that is flip-flop friendly. It's designed to grow with your children from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months old and up.

This stroller has only swivel-wheels and has no locking capabilities and therefore may not be the best twin stroller option for rocky or steep terrain. It's still a good option for families with children, since it is able to be easily maneuvered on smooth surfaces as well as smooth surfaces.
