It can also stay clear of obstacles by spotting pet toys, plants, and other small objects.

The robot vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR Navigation to track its location, preventing it from getting stuck on an object.

Its mopping functionality is also impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in a deep clean. It also has mop lifter technology that lifts the pad automatically as it transitions between tile and laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, in order to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

In addition to this, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be used for rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can just leave it in place and forget it, only having to change the dust bag or refill the water tank occasionally.

All this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop and vac-settings for about 160 minutes before it began to run out of power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't far off from the 180 minutes Roborock claims, and is on the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

It's a well-rounded and capable product, with its only downsides being the fact that it's costly. However, its sheer abundance of features makes it a very appealing choice for anyone looking to ditch their old stick vacuums and mop. We highly recommend this model if you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end combination. The price is justified by the robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capability and two mop heads that gyrate. It also comes with a smart, app-enabled controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos available with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it did well in all areas of the home, removing 98.4% of debris on all floor types and managing to lift long hair with no getting caught in. The mops also performed admirably, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational motion and a strong dose cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's real selling point is its advanced multi-functional docking station. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag for dirt, refills the water tank for mopping, and even dry mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its sophisticated controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance in comparison to the other hybrid mop I tested. The mops on the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's numerous top-of-the-line features, it requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station has to be emptied as well as the water and dust tanks must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. The mop pads that are sold separately will also require replacement every few months.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. If you're on a tight budget I would suggest a less basic model that lets you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best rated robot vacuum vacuum and robotic mop you could buy however, its price and ongoing maintenance would make it more a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

This powerful robovac/mop combination has a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power. It also has an enormous battery capacity that can be used for both mopping and vacuuming. It's also fitted with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It has a roller-mop that cleans by itself, making it stand out from other models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a significant contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller covers the entire width of the robot, and it gets a constant supply of clean water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt. Dry debris is picked up with the side brushes or swept away into the front bumper. The S1 Pro removes the dirty mop water in its base station, where it is sucked in by the heater elements of the tank and empty into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds a decent amount of water and can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before going dry.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop sets like the S1 Pro is ready to roll out of the box. It must be filled with clean water, but this is easy to do within the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock should you prefer the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you opt for this option, however, you will need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to choose your preferred brand of cleaning solutions.

As with most robots, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was fast to map a room, and it easily navigated around furniture. The only issue is that it got stuck a few times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests, but this may be fixed when the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides many functions at a affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum. However, it still has some amazing features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot vacuums uk's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing mop pads as it goes. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning a large portion of a space before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction does a nice job of removing dirt and pet hair on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is complex, and offers many options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually clean every area that is mapped by this device or select specific rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a custom routine you've designed. There are a number of mopping options, including SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the mops' sensors to find the most efficient way to tidy your home as it maps the area.

The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, just like the other Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system works well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized manner. The 'Normal' setting for pathing does a great job of covering a space, with no gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance works well too, but it is not as advanced as color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers like thick carpets however it won't always be able to detect smaller items such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

The machine has a major problem: it doesn't include a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's a good robot vacuum solution: the app offers an option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This lets you use the mopping feature of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces of dust and debris that are left behind by the vacuuming. It's a nice feature and helps the robot to get rid of a bit better than its cheaper rivals.
