It also can detect and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to recognize pets plants, small objects.

The robot vacuum's maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is higher than any robot vacuum we have test to date. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation that tracks its position, which helps prevent it from getting stuck on objects.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can apply constant pressure to the pad of over 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also features an automatic mop lifting system, which will lift the pad when it goes from tile to laminate, hardwood to carpets and rugs to prevent getting soaked by these soft surfaces.

In addition to this it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying features. The pad can be rinsed and heat-dried within the dock and the dust bin is automatically emptied and returned to it. This means you can just put it away and forget about it, only needing to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal mop and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before it started to lose power and returned to its base to recharge. This is within the range of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is comparable with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only drawback is that it's costly. But, the sheer number of features makes it a tempting choice for anyone looking to ditch their old stick vacuum and mop. If you are able to justify the price, we highly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combo. Its price is justified by its impressive features, which include the capacity to vacuum mop cleaner robot large volumes and two gyrating mops. It also comes with a smart, app-enabled controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combinations available. In my tests, it performed admirably across the house. It was able to eliminate 98.4% debris on all types of floors and managed to lift long hair without getting caught up in. The mops also performed admirably with excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was due to their rotational movement and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's most significant highlight is its docking station that is multi-functional. The dock emptys its dust bin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank for mopping and dry its mop pads for you. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its sophisticated controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops I tried and compared, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. In addition it's not as efficient in removing tough stains like those in the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which is the most expensive model. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it still requires regular maintenance. Its base station needs to be emptied as well as the water and dust tanks must be emptied, cleaned and dried on a regular basis to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to remember that the mop pads which are bought separately are required to be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. If you're on a tight budget I suggest a more basic model that lets you to save money and still enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's important to note that even the L10S Ultra is the best robot vacuum and mop you can purchase, its high purchase price and ongoing maintenance will ultimately make it more of a want than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you require to get rid of messes and remove dirt from your floors. This powerful mop and robovac combo packs a strong suction force of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery that can be used for both mowing and vacuuming and a top-of-the-line obstacles-avoiding. It has a mop with a roller that cleans by itself, making it stand out from other models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller is almost entire length of the bot and is constantly supplied with clean, ozonated water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while collecting dirt. Dry debris is swept away with the side brushes or swept away into the front collision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps dirty mop water into its base station, where it is sucked in by the tank's heater elements, and then emptied into a larger storage container. The onboard tank holds plenty of water, and can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

Like many robot vacuums and mop combinations The S1 Pro is ready to take it out of the box. The S1 Pro does need to be refilled with clean water. This can be accomplished in the cleaning dock. If you'd like to use your own cleaner you can add a cleaning solution to the dock. However, if you do choose to use this feature you'll have to purchase the cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that permit you to use your own cleaning products.

Like many robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was fast to map a room and it easily navigated around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple of times on longer pile carpets and rugs during my tests however this could be fixed as the software is updated. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides lots of features at an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level mop and vacuum, but it still has some impressive features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag, and refills its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing mop pads as it moves. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of an area before returning to its dock and the vacuum's high suction does a nice job of picking up debris and pet hair from carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite complex, and offers various options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate the full map and then clean of everything that is mapped by the device or you can select specific rooms, expandable zones, or even a schedule you've crafted. There are several mopping options which include SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the mops' sensors to determine the most efficient method to tidy your home as it maps the area.

Like all Roborock models we've evaluated, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is robust, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat way. The default pathing setting is excellent at covering a space, with no major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well, but it is not as advanced as color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot dangers like thick carpets but it might not always be able to detect smaller items like rug tassels or electrical wires.

This machine has one major issue: it doesn't offer a mop after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. There's an easy solution: the app offers a feature that allows you to "clean up", at the end of each vacuuming session. This allows you to use the mopping feature of the vacuum to remove the last traces of debris and dust that are left behind by the vacuuming. It's a nice addition, and it helps the robot to get rid of a bit better than its cheaper rivals.
