The model is purchased with a regular Mulsanne, Mulsanne Speed or Mulsanne Long Wheelbase. It was inspired by a 1930 8 Litre bentley car key owned by W.O. used as his personal car. The influence of the car can be seen throughout the cabin as well as the Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet, which has an opening window that shows an original crankshaft from the 8 Litre car that is displayed inside.

Other highlights include a chrome-colored application running across the back of the car that has a photoetched B-shaped air vent that incorporates W.O. The front grille is designed following 1930s-inspired Onyx, and there's also an optional chrome cladding around the lower spoilers to the left and right. The front grille also features a unique design, with a chrome-colored mesh replacing the body-colored mesh of Mulsanne. It also includes the Flying B Logo.
