Mopping capabilities are also impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad to provide a deep clean. It also has an automatic mop lifting system, which will lift the pad when it goes from laminate to tile or hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid soaking these types of soft surfaces.

Additionally in addition, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be cleaned and heat-dried within the dock and the dust container will get emptied and automatically returned to it. This means that you can set it and forget it, and only need to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. I ran it on its standard vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and then return to its base for a recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is on the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only downside is that it's expensive. Its sheer number of features makes it an appealing choice for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. If you can afford the cost we recommend you check this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a top-of-the-line robot vacuum and mop combo. Its premium price tag is justified by its impressive feature set, which includes a large vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mops. It has an app-enabled smart controller and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is among the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combos available. In my tests, it performed admirably across the home. It was able to remove 98.4% debris on any type of floor and managed to lift hair that was long without getting caught in. The mops also performed well, achieving great cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, thanks to their rotational motion and a strong dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's real highlight is its multi-functional docking station. The docking station emptys the trash bin into a bag for dirt, fills up the water tank for mopping and even dries your mop pads. It also features an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance compared to the other hybrid mop I tested. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features, it requires regular maintenance. To prevent the growth of mildew or unpleasant odors, the base station dustbag, water and tanks need to be cleaned and emptied regularly. They also need to be dried. It is also important to remember that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, are required to be replaced regularly too.

With the L10S Ultra's high-end price tag and extensive functionality, I would recommend it to anyone who has the budget for it. If you're on a tighter budget, I would suggest a more rudimentary model that allows you to save money while enjoying hands-free cleaning at your home. Even even if the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could purchase, its high price and ongoing maintenance will make it more of a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot vacuum with mop mop and vacuum that will remove dust and dirt on your hard floors while cleaning up wet mess then take a look at the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful robovac and mop combo packs a strong suction power of 8,000 Pa, an impressively large battery capacity to power mopping and vacuuming and top-quality obstacles-avoiding. It comes with a roller-mop that cleans itself which makes it stand out among other models which require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping mechanism that is a departure from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller is almost entire length of the bot and is constantly filled with clean, ozonated water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt. Any dry debris is removed using the side brushes, or swept into the front bumper. The S1 Pro removes the mop water that is dirty into its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements and emptied into a larger storage container. The onboard tank can hold a good robot vacuum amount of water and can handle up to a half dozen mopping session before running out.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop combos like the S1 Pro is ready to take it out of the box. It must be filled with clean water, but this is simple to do by cleaning the dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock if you prefer to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you do select this option you'll have to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to use your personal choice of cleaners.

As with most robots, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map a room, and it was able to navigate around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with longer piles a few times during my tests. However, this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level mop and vacuum cleaner but it does have some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks and washing and sanitizing mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system can be able to clean a large area prior to returning to its dock. The vacuum's powerful suction is ideal for removing pet hair and debris on carpets.

The software that runs this appliance is fairly complex, with a broad variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually clean all areas mapped by this device or choose individual rooms, an expandable zone or a custom routine you've designed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mops to map out the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo did well in our tests, just like the other Roborock models that we've tested. Its navigation system performs well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning in an organized way. The 'Normal' setting for pathing is excellent at covering a room, with no major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well, but it's not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like carpets with thick padding, but may not be able detect smaller objects such as rug tassels and electrical wires.

One of the biggest flaws of this model is the absence of a mop after vacuum option which could be an issue for those who do a lot of vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: the app offers a feature that allows you to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. This allows you to use the mopping function of the vacuum to eliminate the last remnants of debris and dust that are left behind by your vacuuming. This is a nice feature that can help this robot clean a little better than its less expensive competitors.
